What is your payment policy?
We may ask for a non-refundable deposit (except in exceptional circumstances) equivalent to 1 night stay. This is to be paid via a payment link sent by us to the email provided by you. The link is valid for 24 hours. If the payment is not effected, we will re-send the link for another 24 hour period. If the deposit is not settled upon the second time, the booking will be cancelled.
Any remaining balance is to be settled during check-in. We accept cash (in cases where booking does not exceed the sum of EUR500) Credit/Debit cards, Revolut & Bizum.
Do you have any promotions?
We offer our guests promotional discounts depending on the season which will be applied for each booking. Only one promotional discount can be applied related to the booking (and not person) with any booking and we will make use of the most favourable for our guest.
The Hung guys discount will always be applied, even in conjunction with any other discount, when booking is direct or via other booking platforms.
With reference to the Hung guys discount, will you check?
We deem that the private parts of our guests are intimate and we will not invade. However please remember that we are a clothing optional property.
What happens if there are non-male guests at check-in?
Should any non-male guest be present for check-in, booking will be cancelled and full payment will be required.
Is any commission paid when booking directly?
No commissions are charged when booking is made directly with us. commissions and/or charges may be charged when using other third party platforms.
What is your cancellation policy?
This depends on the platform chose. However, with direct bookings, we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please contact us if you booked your stay with us and have any difficulty.
